SIMbyom walkthrough

Step-by-step walk through the code of the SIMbyom package. This walk through is made with the 'publish' option in Matlab, which might also be very convenient to keep track of your work (as a modeller's log book). This walk through consists of the following files:
- byom_sim_lorenz.m: an example script for simulating the Lorenz system.
- derivatives.m: the actual model in the form of a system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs).
- call_deri.m: calls derivatives.m to calculate the model output.
Quick overview of the other examples:
- byom_sim_yuwang.m: an example script for simulating the Yu-Wang system.
- byom_sim_logistic.m: an example script for simulating the logistic growth model (with predation).
- byom_sim_rosmac.m: an example script for simulating the Rosenzweig-MacArthur model.
